Oil change including oil filter, replace engine air filter
•
Replace brake fluid
•
Clean filters of the heating and air-conditioning systems, replace if necessary
•
Check cooling fan of the alternator for damage and alternator for function and
charging
•
Check battery acid level, charge and cable connections, grease terminals
•
Check oil cooler and radiator for air passage, function, leaks, clean if necessary
•
Check air-conditioner compressor for air passage, clean if necessary
•
Lubricate vehicle and the universal joints
•
Spray vehicle with permanent protective wax before use in winter service (or every
500 operating hours)

Replace coolant
•
Change hydraulic oil
•
Clean suction filter of the driving and working hydraulics, replace if necessary
•
Replace return flow suction filter for vehicle hydraulics, implement servopump, vol-
ume divider II

Replace V-belts of engine and air conditioner*
