shut off air conditioner slide ON/OFF switch to OFF position. A small amount of water
from dehumidification will collect and is dispelled outside the motor home.
Return air filters should be cleaned frequently and are located on the motor home
ceiling inside air intake vent covers. Never run the air conditioner without the return air
filters in place. This may plug evaporator core with dirt and may substantially affect per-
formance.
To Clean Covers and Filters:
• Remove vent covers and filters.
• Wash filters and covers in warm soapy water, DO NOT use solvents.
• Rinse filters and covers thoroughly with fresh water and allow them to dry.
• Reinstall filters and covers.
Bathroom Exhaust Fan
The exhaust fan is powered by 12V DC. Always close dome lid when motor home
is stored or unattended for an extended period of time. High winds and moisture leak-
age could cause serious damage to motor home. The fan is for ventilation only, it will not
cool the motor home.
Attic Air Vent
The attic fan will either pull air in or extract air from inside the motor home. There
are 3 controls located in the ceiling attic vent. Knurled knob opens vent. Round knob
controls fan speed settings. IN/OUT switch controls air flow to inside or outside of trail-
er. Fan will run only when cover is open at least 3 inches. To operate open vent and
turn fan ON to desired speed. To change direction of fan, turn fan OFF, wait for blades
to stop moving, push IN/OUT switch to desired position and turn fan ON to desired
speed. If attic fan has a wall thermostat (by Honeywell) set desired temperature for
ON/OFF fan operation.
