Loosen the fuel cap. Remove the fuel cap. Carefully pour
fuel mixture into the tank. Avoid spillage. Immediately
replace fuel cap and hand tighten.
Remove the scabbard from the blade.
Lay the product on the ground.
Press the switch to the ON (I) position.
To start a cold engine, press the primer bulb 10 times.
Set the choke lever to
position.
Hold and squeeze the rear handle, throttle trigger, and
throttle trigger lock. Pull the starter grip until the engine
starts. Do not pull the starter grip more than 6 times.
Allow the engine to run for 10 seconds.
Set the choke lever to
positioin.
CAUTION: Always use two hands to operate the hedge
trimmer, which is fitted with two handles.
Press the trigger lock and the throttle trigger.
NOTE: To stop the engine, press the switch to
the STOP position.
