SERVICING YOUR OUTBOARD MOTOR
(1) Lubricate more frequently when used in salt water.
(2) These items should be serviced by your servicing dealer, unless you have the proper tools and are mechanically proficient. Refer to the
Honda shop manual for service procedures. See “Honda Publications” on page 71 for ordering information.
(3) For professional commercial use, log hours of operation to determine proper maintenance intervals.
(4) Check the fuel line for leaks, cracks or damage. If it is leaking, cracked or damaged, take it to your servicing dealer for replacement before
using your outboard.
(5) Check the fuel line for leaks, cracks or damage. Replace the fuel line if there are signs of leaks, cracks or damage.
