FRONT WHEEL/BRAKE/SUSPENSION/STEERING
INSTALLATION
Install the handlebar into the f ork top bridge and
tighten the mounting nuts .
TORQUE: 20 N·m (2.0 kgf ·m , 14 Ibf.ft)
Clean the inside surface of the left handlebar grip ~IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII~ __ ~== =- --" IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII ~ '--:~
and the outside surface of the left handlebar .
Apply Honda Bond A or equivalent to the inside sur·
face of the left hand lebar grip and to the outside
surface of the left handlebar.Wait 3 - 5 minutes and
install the grip.
GRIP

Allow the adneslve Rotate the grip for even application of the adhesive.
10 dry for an hour
before uSlflg
ApplV grease to the throttle grip pipe flange and
install the throttle grip onto the right handlebar . .~
GRIP
Connect the throttle cab le to the throttle grip pipe
flange.
Install the engine stop switchlthrottle housing onto
the handlebar, aligning the m ating surface wit h the
punch mark on the handlebar.
Tighten the forward scr ew first , then the rear screw .
TORQUE: 2.9 N'm (0 .3 kgf ·m, 2.2 Ibf·h )
