Remove the carburetor top and throttle valve from
the carburetor.
Remove the throttle cable from the throttle valve
whi le compressing the th rottle valve spring.
Remove the jet needle retainer and jet needle.
Check the
throttle valve and jet needle for scratches,
wear or damage .
