Install the engine onto the frame in the reverse
order of removal.
•
Note the installation of the hanger bolts . All bolts
are installed from left side .
• The jack hei ght must be continually adjust ed to
relieve s tr ess from the hanger bolt s.
Tighten the hanger nuts to the specified torque .
TORQUE : 31 N'm (3.2 kgf·m, 23 Ibf.ftl
Install the four bolts and footpeg bar.
InslaUthe brake pedal re t urn spring.
Replace
the intake manifold O-ring with a new one.
Install and tighten the intake manifold bolts.
