Using the left/right arrow will move the cursor left and right. Up 
and down arrows will move you through the series of available 
scripts (See Table 9). Up to 20 characters per line (you have 
two lines available) can be used in your message.

steps for custom messages you wish to create. When

return you to the CS Edit screen. When you have finished 
entering your description, press the ENTER keys.

Use the up arrow to scroll to CS TEST item to view your 
message. Return back to CS EDIT to make any corrections. 
Use the up arrow to scroll to CS ON/OFF to turn on your 
customer Call Service message.
