Why Horizon Hobby E-flite Twin Otter 1.2m aircraft will not bind to transmitter?

If your Horizon Hobby Toy aircraft won't bind to the transmitter, there are several potential causes. First, the transmitter might be too close to the aircraft during binding; move it a few feet away, then disconnect and reconnect the flight battery. Alternatively, large metal objects or wireless sources could be interfering; relocate to another area and try again. Ensure the bind plug is correctly installed in the bind port. A low battery in either the aircraft or transmitter can also prevent binding, so replace or recharge them. Finally, make sure you hold the bind switch or button long enough during the bind process; power off the transmitter and repeat the process, holding the button until the receiver is bound.
