4.4 AC Branch Circuit Capacity
Hoymiles HMT-1600-4T/HMT-1800-4T/HMT-2000-4T can be used with 12AWG or 10AWG AC Trunk Cable and
the AC Trunk Connector which are provided by Hoymiles. The number of microinverters on each 12AWG or
10AWG AC branch shall not exceed the limit as shown below.
Note:
• The number of microinverters that can be connected to each AC branch is determined by the ampacity (also
known as current-carrying capacity) of the cable.
• 1-in-1, 2-in-1 and 4-in-1 microinverters can be connected to the same AC branch, as long as the total current
does not exceed the ampacity specied in local regulations.
