■ The 1000 Mbps LC fiber-optic ports on the Gigabit-SX and Gigabit-LX mini-
GBIC transceivers are compatible with the IEEE 802.3z Gigabit-SX and
Gigabit-LX standards.

Lasers
The Gigabit-SX-LC mini-GBIC, the Gigabit-LX-LC mini-GBIC, and the Gigabit-

switches, are Class 1 or Class 1M Laser Products.
