Status Reporting
Calibration Status Register Group
The Calibration Status Register Group contains information about the Test Set’s
hardware. This status group is accessed using the STATus commands. The
Calibration Status Register Group uses 16-bit registers and includes a Condition
Register, Transition Filters, an Event Register, an Enable Register, and a
Summary Message. Refer to the

260
for a discussion of status register operation. Figure 14 shows the structure and
STATus commands for the Calibration Status Register Group.
