Status Reporting
Hardware Status Register #2 Group
The Hardware Status Register #2 Group contains information about the Test Set’s
hardware. This status group is accessed using the STATus commands. The
Hardware Status Register #2 Group uses 16-bit registers and includes a Condition
Register, Transition Filters, an Event Register, an Enable Register, and a
Summary Message. Refer to the

260
for a discussion of status register operation. Figure 15 shows the structure and
STATus commands for the Hardware Status Register #2 Group.
