This field identifies the received message as an order confirmation, an order, or a called
address message.

RANDSSD_3
The least significant 8-bits of the random number issued by the base station in the SSD
Update Order.

Reserved for future use.

Parity
Parity field. The contents of the Parity field cannot be set by the user. The Test Set
calculates the parity bits.
