Phone

insert

card.
The
actual
complete
entries
in
a
phone
book
are
kept
in
a
card
file.
The
Index
screen,
such
as the
one
above,
is
merely
a
synoptic
view
of
the
card
file.
Typeinthe
name:
Jordans
Michael
and
press
ENTER).
Note
that
you
should
type
in
the
last
name
first
if
you
want
to
alphabetize
the
entries
by
last
name.
Type
in
the
phone
number:
{3352
244-8526
and
press
[ENTER].
Notice
that
the
next
field,
the
Address:
field,
is
a
large
text
area.
You
may
enter the
address
and
any
other
information
you
wish.
Once
you've
finished
with
the
address
and
other
information
you
can
either:
e
Add
another
card
(by
pressing
MEEEI®RA)
or
e
Return
to
the
index
screen,
saving
your
new
additions
in
the
process
(by
pressing
|{EINIS).
