plotting
screen.
Reset
the
function
plotting
data
to
their
defaults:

Plot
the
equation
using
autoscaling
(which
sets
values
for
the
bottom
and
top
boundaries
of
the
plot
so
the
curve
appears
on
the
screen):
press
[F3)
(RIL).
Use
the
arrow
keys
to
move
the
cursor
near
to
the
leftmost
intersection
of
the
curve
with
the
x-axis.
Press
the space
bar,
which
finds
the
root
(i.e.
solution)
of
the
plotted
function
in
the
vicinity
of
the
cursor.
Result:
