1.2.1 Set Time and Date
Description
The purpose of this Service Utility is to set the printer time and date and the Real Time Clock of the Printer.
Procedure
1. Go to Service Test Menu >1.2.1 Set Date and time.
2. The Printer displays the current time (HH:MM:SS) and date (MM:DD:20YY) and a space for you to
enter the new time and date
.

Use the Up and Down keys to go through the digits and press the OK key to go to the next digit.
You can press the Cancel key at any time to exit the utility without making any changes.
Once the new time has been entered, the Front Panel displays the time that you have entered.
4. Press the OK key to confirm the time or the Cancel key to exit the utility without making any
changes or the Back key to modify again.
5. Once the new time has been set, the Front Panel asks you to restart the printer after exiting. Press
any key to exit
1.2.2 Enable/Disable Firewall
Description
The purpose of this Service Utility is to enable or disable the firewall of the printer.
NOTE: If the current RTC Clock cannot be set, it could indicate a possible Firmware error.
