System Error Codes
Corrective Action:
Switch the Power OFF from the back of the Printer and disconnect the Power cord. Reconnect the
power cord and power On the Printer.
Check the connections of the ISS PCAs (Upper and Lower) are correctly connected and not
damaged.
Check with another set of Ink Cartridges, to ensure the error is not with the Ink Cartridges.
Replace the ISS PCAs

SE Code: 02.01:10 - Problem with the Carriage PCA
Problem Description:
The Carriage PCA has failed to respond.
Corrective Action:
Switch the Power OFF from the back of the Printer and disconnect the Power cord. Reconnect the
power cord and power On the Printer.
Check that the Trailing Cable is not damaged.
Check that the Trailing Cable is correctly connected to the Carriage PCA, Interconnect PCA and to
the Sausalito PCI PCA.
Replace the Carriage PCA Page 402.
Replace the Sausalito PCI PCA Page 444.
Replace the Interconnect PCA Page 435.
SE Code: 03:10 - Problem with the PSU
Problem Description:
The Power Supply Unit (PSU) has failed.
Corrective Action:
Switch the Power OFF from the back of the Printer and disconnect the Power cord. Reconnect the
power cord and power On the Printer.
Perform the Electronics Modules Test Page 123.
Replace the Power Supply Unit Page 456.
SE Code: 05.1:10 - Problem with the CPU Fan
Problem Description:
CPU Fan has stopped or burnt.
Corrective Action:
Switch the Power OFF from the back of the Printer and disconnect the Power cord. Reconnect the
power cord and power On the Printer.
If the printer is unable to reboot, check the connections of the CPU Fan.
