Speakers
The speakers are located at the bottom of the computer behind the speaker cover. Two separate speakers are
each secured by two Phillips screws.
To remove the speakers:
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (see Preparing to disassemble the computer on page 19).
2. Remove the stand (see Stand on page 19).
3. Remove the rear port cover (see Rear port cover on page 24).
4. Remove the system board (see System board on page 40).
5. Locate the speaker cover.
6. Rotate the top of the cover downward to disengage the snaps from the chassis, and then remove the
cover.
