Remove the boxes shown.

Carefully cut the straps around the boxes. Make
sure that the boxes don't fall when the straps are
cut.

Remove the 4 upper plastic handles from the
sides of the box (two each side), and then
carefully remove the two side lids vertically.

Open the box that contains the stand.
Remove the two boxes marked L and R. Place
them on the floor as shown.

Remove the boxes shown. Lower the left side of the cross-brace onto the box
marked L and the right side of the cross-brace
onto the box marked R.
