10. Making Your First Call
On the Home screen, tap Phone.
Tap the keys on the keypad to enter the phone
number.
Tip If you tapped a wrong number, tap to erase
each subsequent digit of a number. To erase the
entire number, press and hold .
Tap Talk to place the call.
Tip When in a call, use the VOLUME UP/DOWN buttons
on the side of the phone to adjust the phone
volume.
When a call is in progress, tap End Call or press
END to hang up.

Accepting or rejecting an incoming call
To answer a call
Press the TALK/SEND button, or fully slide the center
button of the Answer/Ignore bar to the left.
To reject a call
Press the END/POWER button, or fully slide the
center button of the Answer/Ignore bar to the right.
To mute the ring without rejecting the call
Tap Mute Ring or press the VOLUME DOWN button.
