If your Huawei Controller displays a 'Battery not in position alarm', it indicates that the battery connector inside the PAA (Power Adapter Assembly) is loosely connected or has poor contact. To resolve this, contact Huawei technical support for assistance with disassembling the PAA or arranging for its return to Huawei for maintenance.
