l Off: The power supply is not working.
l Off: The power supply is working.

l Off: The system software is not running or is
resetting.
l Slow blinking green: The system is running
properly.
l Fast blinking green: The system is powering on
or restarting.
l Steady red: A fault that affects services has
occurred on the card. The fault cannot be
rectified automatically and requires manual
intervention.
l Off: The system is running properly.
3 DO Green
l Off: There are no alarm output signals.
l Steady on: There are alarm output signals.
4 FE

l Off: The interface is in Link-Down state.
l Blinking: The interface is transmitting or
receiving data.
