7.3 What Do I Do When the Data Service Is not Provided?
Problem Description:
Data service is not provided
Solution:
Step 1 Check whether the LTE CPE is powered. If the Power indicator presents red light, the power
supply is provided.
Step 2 Check whether the SIM card is correctly installed.
Step 3 Confirm whether the LTE CPE is connected to the network. Check whether the LANI
indicator is steady or blinking.
Step 4 If the problem persists, contact local service provider.
