8.2 Hierarchical Deployment
The dispatch platform supports hierarchical deployment, with dispatchers serving as either an
upper-level dispatcher or a lower-level dispatcher in a network.
An upper-level dispatcher operates in a system or an emergency dispatch vehicle.
A lower-level dispatcher operates in an emergency dispatch vehicle.
An upper-level dispatcher communicates with a lower-level dispatcher in the following ways:
Wired backhaul
Satellite backhaul
Microwave backhaul
