A dispatch person may create a dynamic group of selected static groups and
users. The dynamic group is allowed with infinite calling times. Dynamic
groups are open to query and deletion.
A dispatch person may create an ad-hoc group of selected users. The ad-hoc
group is automatically deleted when the call is ended.
10.2 Video and Data Services
A dispatcher can monitor fixed cameras and handheld devices on a
dispatching console by HD video uploaded by them in real time.
Video uploading
from handheld
devices
HD and SD video can be uploaded by handheld devices to a dispatching
console.
A dispatcher can distribute video uploaded to a dispatching console to one or
more specified display entities, such as another dispatching console, a
handheld device, and a decoder. The video can be played with the sound or
without the sound on these display entities.
Concurrency of video services and trunking voice services is supported.
A handheld device can make a PTP video call to another handheld device to
achieve face-to-face communication with the front cameras built in the
handheld devices.
A mobile terminal can report GIS information to a dispatching console on
which a dispatcher can locate the mobile terminal in the GIS map.
High-resolution video streams can be converted to low-resolution video
streams in real time.
SMs can be made by a terminal user or a dispatching console user to another
terminal user or another dispatching console user, or to the group to which
another terminal user or another dispatching console user belongs.
Presence information can be predefined. The dispatching console can receive
presence information from terminal users.
