4.2 Installing an OS
Step 1 On the installation page, select Install SLES11 SP4 B1, and press Enter, as shown in Figure
4-6.

Step 2 If the machine has more than one disk, choose the smaller one with approximately 600 GB for
installing the operating system, confirm your choice by pressing SPACE, and then choose OK,
as shown in Figure 4-7. Note that the drive names, sizes, and numbers may differ on your
machine from the example screenshot. Example: IBM setup
