SUN2000 Deployed with Smart Dongle
Step 1 (Optional) When the SUN2000 is the primary inverter and the MBUS networking
is used, tap Quick settings on your app to change the original cascading mode to
RS485.
Tap Search for Cascaded Inverters and exit after 5s.

Step 2 (Optional) Remove the Smart Dongle and install it on the new master inverter.
Step 3 (Optional) Log in to the app and replace the protocol version of the new SUN2000
with that of the old SUN2000.
● This step is required when you replace the SUN2000 of a dierent protocol version. For
example, when you replace the SUN2000-(8KTL-12KTL) with the SUN2000-
(3KTL-20KTL)-M0, you need to replace the protocol on the SUN2000-(3KTL-20KTL)-M0
with that on the SUN2000-(8KTL-12KTL).
