Remote Meeting
After the projection sharing is successful,
tap Annotate in the lower right corner of
the screen to take a screenshot of the
current screen and annotate on it.
After the meeting annotation is enabled,
annotations will be shared with remote
sites in real time.
In a meeting, annotate a screenshot and
share it with remote sites.

• Tap Stop Sharing on the meeting control
bar in the lower right corner to stop
annotation sharing during a meeting.
• This video uses the on-premises meeting UI
as an example, which is slightly different
from cloud meeting UI. Please refer to the
actual UI.
