3.1 How do I save battery power?

When you are not using the phone, press the power button to turn off the screen.

Set the screen timeout period to a small value under Settings > Display > Sleep.

Lower the screen brightness under Settings > Display > Brightness.

Turn off Wi-Fi and Bluetooth when you do not need to use them under Settings >
Wireless & networks > Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.

Turn off data synchronization by turning off Accounts & sync for your account under
Settings > Account.

Turn off the mobile network by clearing Data enabled under Settings > Mobile
networks.

Turn off GPS by clearing GPS satellites under Settings > Location access.
3.2 How do I reduce my mobile data usage?

Turn off the mobile network when you do not need it or when you have a Wi-Fi
connection.
Turn off the mobile network by clearing Data enabled under Settings > Mobile
networks.

Access Wireless Access Protocol (WAP) sites instead of World Wide Web (WWW)
websites.

Turn off data synchronization by turning off Accounts & sync for your account under
Settings > Account.
3.3 What can I do if my phone is experiencing slowdown
issues?

Close background applications you do not need. Touch Settings > Manage apps >
Running, select the application you want to close, and touch Stop.

Uninstall unwanted applications to free up your phone's storage space.
