PDC Installation
1. Move the PDC to the
specified installation position.
2. Remove the bolts from the
pallet under the PDC, as
shown by (1) in the figure.
3. It is recommended that six
people work together to move
the PDC away from the pallet,
as shown by (2) and (3) in the
figure.
4. Adjust the PDC leveling feet
using a wrench to ensure that
all castors touch the ground.
Moving the PDC
1. The PDC is heavy. Take protective measures during movement to prevent personal injury.
2. Move the cabinet with caution to avoid bumping or toppling, which may damage the equipment.
1. Determine the PDC installation position based on its application scenario.
2. Mark the installation positions of expansion bolts based on the base dimensions shown in the
Installation Port Diagram.
3. Drill holes to depths of 52 mm to 60 mm at positions for installing expansion bolts using a
hammer drill.
4. Slightly tighten the expansion bolts and vertically insert them into the holes. Knock the expansion
bolts using a rubber mallet until the expansion sleeves are fully inserted into the holes.
5. Partially tighten the expansion bolts.
6. Remove the bolt, spring washer, and flat washer.
(Optional) Installing the PDC on a Concrete Floor
7. Align the PDC mounting holes with the expansion bolt mounting holes.
