Opening the Maintenance Compartment

1. Remove the four screws from the maintenance compartment door using a hex key and set
them aside.
Before opening the maintenance compartment, turn off all switches for the SUN2000. If you
have to operate an energized SUN2000, wear insulation gloves and take preventive
measures.
If you need to open the maintenance compartment door in rainy or snowy days, take
protective measures to prevent rain or snow from entering the maintenance compartment. If
unavoidable, do not open the maintenance compartment door in rainy or snowy days.
Remove the four screws from the cover. Start from the one at the lower-left corner, and the
rest in the counterclockwise sequence.
2. Prepare cord end terminals for cables, route the cord end terminals into the SUN2000
maintenance compartment through the cable holes at the bottom of the SUN2000, and
connect the cables.
Use the wiring terminals delivered with the SUN2000. Using other terminals may result in serious
consequences. The caused device damage is not covered by any warranty.
