Step 6 Ensure that the dload folder contains the UPDATE.APP and au_temp.cfg files.
Step 7 Power off the phone and insert the microSD card into the phone. Press the power key to enter
upgrade mode.
After the upgrade is complete, the phone restarts automatically.

The preceding methods cannot fix all faults. For example, components or phones need to be replaced in
a repair center to fix hardware faults. The preceding methods will not cause further damages to phones.
The preceding methods may cause data loss. Therefore, if important data is saved in your phone, you are
advised to fix faults in a repair center. Some lost data cannot be recovered. Therefore, you are advised to
back up data to your microSD card regularly to protect your information.
