explorē 12 does not respond
Be sure that the explorē 12 is not connected to power via a USB cable, if it is,
unplug it and then press and hold Power for 10 seconds. The system will shut
down. Then, press Power for two seconds to turn explorē 12 back on.
Other issues
To access Factory Defaults in the menu, press and hold Contrast, scroll
down to Factory Defaults and select Yes.
