HumanWare warrants explorē 12, effective from the date of purchase, to be
free of any defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years
unless otherwise required by law in the country or region of purchase.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies to all cases where the damage
is not a result of improper use, mistreatment, or negligence. Improper use is
the use of this device other than described in this manual. In no event shall
HumanWare or its distributors be liable for indirect or consequential
damages.
No replacement or repair covered by the warranty will be carried out unless
the system is accompanied by a copy of the original bill of purchase. Please
keep your original receipt. If the system must be returned, please use the
original packaging.
