Replace crank assembly
Service kit:
● Crank kit for X, H and HA interceptors
● Crank kit for HE and HAE interceptors
● Part numbers to be found in sparepart pricelist

Replace interceptor blade
For instructions, see Workshop Manual.
Replace interceptor fastening bolts (M8 bolts)
● X, H, HA: M8 - 75 mm bolts, MC6S A4-80
● HE, HAE: M8 - 90 mm bolts, MC6S A4-80

Re-tighten interceptor bolts
Before tightening the bolts, consider the following:
1. The bolts muste be free from marine sealant.
2. The bolt are free running before tightening.
Free running means that they can be rotated by hand.
3. Tighten the bolts to 10 Nm.
NOTE!
It is important to not over-tighten the bolts.
Calibration of the system
After a service, make sure to calibrate the system. For instructions, see Setup Manual.
Replace seals
