3. IMPORTANT POINTS TO REMEMBER

Whenpullingthe starter rope, donotusethe
full extent of the rope asthis can cause the rope
to break. Do not let the starter rope snap
back- – hold handle and let rope rewind slowly.
If the engine floods, let the unit sit for a few
minutes, then repeat starting procedure using
the half-choke position.
For cold weather starting, allow the engine
to warm up (l-2 min.) at the half-choke posi-
tion, then movechoketothe “Full” or “Half” po-
sition,
