Starter
- WARNING -

removing spring to prevent

Remove center post screw and washer.
Carefully withdraw starter pulley.

Position starter so spring side is toward bench.
Tap housing down on bench sharply to remove
recoil spring.
Clean all starter parts and check for wear or
damage.
