What to do if my Husqvarna Drill stops?
- DDonald SmithJul 31, 2025
If the Husqvarna Drill stops, several factors could be at play. First, examine the current source for any faults. The Elgard™ function may have disconnected the current. Second, a blocked drill bit could be the culprit. Try turning the drill bit right and left using a wrench, and carefully remove the drill from the hole. Third, excessive load might be overloading the motor, again triggering the Elgard™ function. Ensure the drill bit turns freely in the hole. Finally, a red light on the PRCD indicates a disconnected current; push the "RESET" button. If the issue persists, contact an approved Husqvarna service center.
