7.2 Troubleshooting schedule

Make sure that the cutting motor is instal-
led correctly and that the phase cables are
not defective.

cables correctly or
replace the cutting
motor if it is defec-
tive.
The warning indicator shows
the error code 3: There is too
high current in the cutting
motor.

Make sure that the blade is not blocked
and that it can rotate freely. WARNING:
Remove the safety key from the safety lock
and put it in the safety key holder. Remove
the battery and wait a minimum of 5 sec-
onds before you touch the blade!
Make sure that the
blade rotates freely,
replace the blade
or the blade sup-
port if it is defective.
The warning indicator shows
the error code 4: Cutting mo-
tor MOSFET failure or short
circuit.

There is too high current in the transmis-
sion.
Replace the cutting
motor if it is defec-
tive.

If the primary control MOSFET is out of or-
der, no troubleshooting is possible.
Replace the control
unit if it is defective.
The warning indicator shows
the error code 7: Drive motor
MOSFET failure or short cir-
cuit.

There is too high current in the transmis-

mission if it is de-

problem between the product
and the battery.

Do a check of the white wire between bat-
tery 1 and the power switch panel. Do a
check of the green wire between battery 2
and the power switch panel.
Replace the battery
box if it is defective.

the error code 11: Problem
with the connection between
the primary control and the
handlebar control.

Do a visual inspection of the wires between
the primary control and the motor control
box.
Connect the wires
correctly or replace
defective wires.
