7.3 Troubleshooting schedule

Make sure that the transmission motor
does not have grass on it.
Clean and let the
transmission motor
cool down.

Do a check that the wheels rotate without
much resistance.
Do a check of the
ball bearings in the
wheels and replace
them if necessary.
Do a check of the
inner wheels and
make sure that the
gear wheels has no
objects that can
cause damage.

Do not use the product in an area with
more slope than recommended.
No troubleshooting
is possible.
The warning indicator shows
the error code 3: Cutting mo-
tor high current alarm.

Operate the product without load on the
blade.
The product stops if
the load is to high.

Make sure that the blade is not blocked
and that it can rotate freely. WARNING:
Remove the safety key from the safety lock
and put it in the safety key holder. Remove
the battery and wait a minimum of 5 sec-
onds before you touch the blade!
Replace the blade
or the blade sup-
port if it is defective.
The warning indicator shows
the error code 4: Cutting mo-
tor MOSFET failure or short
circuit.

There is too high current in the transmis-
sion.
Replace the motor
if it is defective.

If the primary control MOSFET is out of or-
der, no troubleshooting is possible.
Replace the control
unit if it is defective.
The warning indicator shows
the error code 5: Cutting mo-
tor low speed alarm.

Operate the product with less load on the
blade.
Adjust the cutting

the error code 6: High cur-
rent alarm of the drive motor.
