To separate the seat, loosen two bolts
that are united the rear fender and the
frame below the seat.
When assemble the seat, put up the seat
at the frame and unite two bolts.
SEAT LOCK
Improperly installing the seat can be
hazardous.
Failure to install the seat properly
could allow the seat to move and
cause loss of rider control.
Make sure to properly position and
securely attach the seat when you
install it.
WARNING
Hot muffler can be hazardous.
The hot muffler can be hot enough to
burn you when loosening seat
mounting bolts.
WARNING
To adjust the spring pre-load, turn the
adjuster clockwise or counter-clockwise to
the desired position with the clamp wrench.
Position 1 provides the softest spring pre-
load and position 5 provides the stiffest.

with adjuster set on position 3.
