From above diagram, when MS1 makes a private call (ID301) to MS4, this call
request will be transmitted to all repeaters in the system over IP Multi-site Connect.
But only the repeater (BS4) will repeat it. That is because this private call ID is within
the private call ID range of this repeater. As a result, MS1 is entitled to communicate
with MS4.When MS2 and MS3 make a call to MS5 respectively, the repeater (BS2)
will repeat it from MS3 rather than from MS2. That is because this repeater is set to
enjoy Multi-site Access Management priority. Finally MS3 is entitled to communicate
with MS5.
