Initialize Basic Bolting

 Basic bolting options are located at the top of the Main Menu.
 Specify the desired Torque and Fastener type using the  and 
buttons. Enter values for Angle and Release, if desired.
NOTE: For conventional torque the fastener will be
Right Hand or Left Hand.
