1 Power on your computer and wait until Windows has fully loaded.

Power on your CD-RW drive FIRST, and then plug the USB cable from
the back of the CD-RW drive into your computer’s USB port.

Your computer should find the new hardware and bring up the “Add
New Hardware Wizard” window. Press the “Next” button.

Select the “Specify the location” option and press the “Next”
button.
