2.11.- LED LIGHTING
Iberital machines have LED lighting in the work area. The format varies according to the machine model.
- Machines without visual display: This lighting will remain lit when the machine has an electrical
connection, that is to say, while the main switch is in position 1 or 2.
- Machines with display:
t On machines with a display and 3-position main switch (0-1-2), it will only be lit in position 2.
t On machines with a display and 2-position main switch (0-1), it will only be lit in position 1.
NOTE: We also have the option of switching the machine on or o via the display (ON-OFF position),
independently of whether the change of the ON-OFF position is made manually or via automatic on-o
programming.
In the ON position, the LED lighting will always remain on.
In the OFF position, the LED lighting will remain o.
3.- INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE TECHNICIAN
3.1.- DESCRIPTION OF INTERNAL COMPONENTS
3.1.1. Iberital Intenz
a) Pump + motor: feed the hydraulic system.
b) Boiler:
t Double boiler:
- 2 groups 3 litres (coee) / 7 litres (steam/hot water).
- 3 groups 4 litres (coee) / 9 litres (steam/hot water).

t Simple boiler:
- 1 group 6 litres.
- 2 groups 10.5 litres or 14 litres.
- 3 groups 21 litres.
c) Spring-loaded safety valve on the steam boiler.
d) Pressure relief valve on the steam boiler.
e) Boiler heating elements: heat the hot water in the boilers.
f) Expansion/check valve: controls the pressure of the hydraulic system.
3.1.2. Iberital IB7
a) Pump + motor: feed the hydraulic system.
b) Boiler:
t Simple boiler:
- 1 group 6 litres.
- 2 groups 10.5 litres.
- 3 groups 20 litres.
c) Spring-loaded safety valve.
d) Pressure relief valve.
e) Boiler heating elements: heat the hot water in the boiler.
f) Pressure switch: controls the boiler pressure.
g) Expansion/check valve: controls the pressure of the hydraulic system.
