IBM SAS RAID controllers - SAS Address and Location

For SAS Fabric Path Data View, pressing the F11 key displays information similar to the following.

Many hardware error logs identify the location of a physical device, such as a SAS disk, using the unit
address.
The unit address format is cceellFF, where:
v cc identifies the controller port to which the device, or device enclosure, is attached.
