How to troubleshoot IceTech Shot Blasting Machines that are not turning on?

  If your IceTech Shot Blasting Machine isn't turning on, first check if the 'Main Supply' LED is lit. If not, verify the power supply source and ensure the circuit breaker F11 is not in the red position. Also, inspect fuse F212 and replace it if necessary. Next, check if the '24 VDC LED' is on. If it's off, check fuses F203 and F214, replacing them if needed. Finally, push and release the emergency stop button, then turn the machine off and on again.

  If air is not flowing in your IceTech Shot Blasting Machine, first ensure the compressed air supply is turned on and is at a minimum of 72 psi / 5 bar. Also, verify that the blasting pressure is regulated above 0 psi / bar. Check if the 'Air On' LED illuminates when the trigger is pulled. If not, inspect the signal cable connections.

  If the dosing unit in your IceTech Shot Blasting Machine isn't working and ice isn't flowing, check if the 'Motor Driver' LED is lit. If not, inspect fuse F203 and replace it if necessary. Also, confirm that the 'Ice On' LED illuminates when the trigger is pulled. If not, check the signal cable connections. Ensure the ammeter range is less than 30 or not in the red. If it is, inspect the hopper/dosing disc for any foreign objects. The dosing disk may be frozen.

  If the light on your IceTech Shot Blasting Machine gun isn't working, check if the 'Light On' LED is illuminated. If not, ensure the 'Light' button is activated; the light is activated by the trigger function and is set to turn off 30 seconds after the trigger is released. Also, check the signal cable connections.
