The Cold Jet dry ice producon equipment has been assessed in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Direcve 2014/68/EC. The
assembly is classied as Arcle 4 paragraph 3, and is designed and manufactured in accordance with the SEP (Sound Engineering
Pracces). In accordance with the exclusion clauses of the PED direcve (Arcle1, clause 3.6); equipment classied as no higher than
category I under arcle 9 of the PED direcve and covered by the Machinery direcve 2006/42/EC are excluded. Therefore, the Cold Jet
dry ice producon equipment is excluded from the requirements of the PED 2014/68/EC direcve and is CE-marked according to the
Machinery direcve 2006/42/EC.
