Procedure no. 3 Replacement of pistonrings
Installing the new piston ring
As the piston is out of the barrel disassemble the piston by removing the 10 screws,
now the piston head and piston ring come loose and the piston ring can be replaced
with a new piston ring.
Then reassemble the piston and put it into the barrel again.
Reassemble with the hydraulic piston shaft. Screws have to be lubricated and then tightened
equally and with torque 21.4 Nm.
BEFORE STARTING PRODUCTION THE HYDRAULIC MOTION SHOULD BE CHECKED
IN SINGLE MODE!
